eSafe Partner Program

The eSafe Solution Partner Program is designed for software and/or hardware vendors that have integrated their application with a member of the eSafe line of products. The integrated solution provides an in-the-box and ready to install type of solution for VARs, system integrators and the like, providing true value to customers and real business opportunities to partners.

Aladdin invites new partners to take the opportunity and establish enhanced solution(s) for the benefit of customers, partners and Aladdin. eSafe offers partners various categories for integration, described by, but not limited to, the list below:

• Anti-spam
• Anti-virus
• Appliance & Virtual Appliance
• Firewall/VPN Filtering
• High Availability, Load Balancing & Quality of Service
• URL Filtering

In addition, the eSafe Partner Program offers a comprehensive testing and certification process discussed in the "eSafe Secured Partner" section.

Requirements

• Partner integrates Aladdin Product(s) into its solution(s) or establishes interoperability.
• Aladdin assesses partner eligibility for participation in the program.
• Testing & Certification - Partner agrees to follow the "eSafe Secured Partner" certification guidelines and adequately test the combined product(s) and solution(s) in accordance with them. The combined solution(s) are sent to Aladdin for internal reference and testing.
• Partner adds value by extending the exposure of the combined product(s) and solution(s). The solution will be exposed to the partner's channel, which is new to Aladdin.
• Product Updates - Aladdin and Partners provide each other with free relevant product and solution updates and documentation as and when they become available, in order to ensure ongoing interoperability.
• Training - Partners participate in Aladdin's technical and sales training program.
• For Appliance partners only - partner will pay Aladdin an annual fee of $3000. This fee covers the initial certification process, as well as on going technical assurance that includes:

a) 2nd level technical support
b) Technical verification of the solution upon every eSafe update

• Aladdin posts the partner logo and product/solution information on its online partner directory web listing, and also includes this information in its partner programs and marketing material. Partners do the same for Aladdin.
• Issue a joint partnership press release announcing the partnership and the "eSafe Secured Partner" solution.
• Partners are invited to sponsor Aladdin corporate events and trade shows. Aladdin is invited to sponsor partner events.
• Cross-channel introduction - better exposure by enlarging the channel base of our partners. VARs and system integrators will benefit from solutions that add value to their customer base.
• As OPSEC and Cisco Compatible certified, eSafe is highly integrated with leading market solutions that provides wider avenues for business opportunities.

"eSafe Secured" certification

The eSafe Secured certification is a comprehensive testing procedure for Partners wishing to integrate or establish interoperability with the eSafe line of products.

It is designed to meet Aladdin standards aimed at ensuring that eSafe works successfully in typical customer environments.

Following successful completion of the integration, a copy of the integrated solution and documentation is submitted to the eSafe certification center for evaluation and approval.

On receipt of written approval from the eSafe team, the "eSafe Secured Partner" logo displayed here may be used / placed on product or marketing materials relating to the tested application.

The general requirements for being certified are:

• Comply with eSafe Gateway/Mail minimum hardware requirements
• Utilize correctly pre-installed eSafe Gateway/Mail applications
• Utilize correctly pre-configured eSafe Gateway/Mail applications
• Pass all eSafe standard functionality tests
